Martin Almdal
Why did you create SIPA Immobilier?

I created SIPA Immobilier because there is a clear need in the (local) market for individuals to have access to the excellent returns offered by investing in real estate.

  • Originally from Denmark, Martin discovered Switzerland in 1997, far from suspecting that he would start a family here, but he ended up settling here permanently and becoming a citizen in 2017.

    As a manager of SIPA Group SA, he is involved in a wide range of activities, as his professional experience can testify. Indeed, Martin has always worked in the world of finance, be it through the stock markets, private placements or real estate financing.

    As an investment specialist, he is now diversifying his activities with the launch of SIPA Immobilier SA.

    The (Swiss) real estate market remains one of the strongest and most robust in all of Europe, but providing solid returns to most people investing in real estate can seem like a daunting task.

    Typically, the capital requirements are beyond the financial capacity that investors can afford, but through our platform we offer simplified access and our clients benefit not only from solid returns, but also a transparent structure.

    It is a pleasure to work in our group. I am surrounded by very talented people on a daily basis, whether it is the teams in the administration department, the analysts who scrutinise the markets or the incredible client relationship managers. These are the people who ultimately feed the soul of our company, and I feel privileged to be with them.

    Alan has more than 23 years of experience in the financial sector serving Swiss and international clients, the last 13 years of which have been with the SIPA Group.

    SIPA Immobilier offers turnkey investments. All buildings are incorporated as a single company, with an initial mortgage and management contract attached. The shareholders retain overall control of the building, determining all strategic decisions at the annual general meeting, thus ensuring complete peace of mind, with their interests always being paramount.

What is the purpose of SIPA Real Estate for you?

The initial goal of our company is to democratise access to stone through our innovative concept.

  • Armelle has a Federal Diploma in Real Estate Professions and has worked in renowned real estate agencies on the Opal Coast, where she is originally from. She has worked as a leasing department manager, a real estate assistant and finally as an assistant property manager.

    In 2016, Armelle joined SIPA Group SA as Back-Office Manager and obtained her diploma of Management Assistant at the same time. By participating in the creation and development of SIPA Immobilier SA, she is returning to her favourite field.

    – The satisfaction of our clients is our main motivating factor, a lever that encourages the progression of our teams.

     

    We want to contribute our know-how, resources and organisation to accompany our clients throughout the relationship on the way to a successful project that meets their expectations.

    This is why we constantly evaluate our work process and refine it when necessary. All this with one goal in mind: to provide superior customer service.

What do you love about being a broker?

What I am passionate about in my job is building new business relationships that share a common goal, to be win-win.

  • Hugo has worked for many years in asset management and pension solutions to assist entrepreneurs and individuals in their investments.
    His experience in finance as well as his ease in communication gave him the desire to develop his skills by exploring a new field, that of real estate.

    – The field of real estate is vast and we need to have a solid knowledge to be able to inform our clients as well as possible.

    So I am very happy in my role and I attach great importance to the satisfaction of my clients.

What are the essential qualities for this profession?

I distinguish 3 main ones:

  • Listening to my clients in order to help them meet their needs.
  • Honesty to build a healthy relationship based on trust.
  • Excellent knowledge of the market and monitoring of current events, in order to be able to assess the various trends that emerge.
  • From China to the Emirates via Lithuania, Karim has worked in various sectors of activity such as the tobacco industry, pharmaceuticals, agri-food and finance.

    With a strong capacity to adapt and a Master’s degree in Management, he has been able to build a relationship of trust with his clients through a thorough understanding of their strategy, business and needs.

What motivated you to join the SIPA Immobilier team?

I wanted to join SIPA Immobilier because it is an innovative company in correlation with the times, which offers investment products “Made In Switzerland” ensuring a guarantee of quality.
After several years as an independent, I felt the need to join a group dynamic. I also appreciate the fact that it is a company on a human scale and the importance that SIPA Immobilier attaches to each of its clients.

  • With a background in insurance and investment solutions, Kevin has developed a solid foundation for advising his clients.
    His experience in asset management led him to work as an independent for several years before joining the SIPA Immobilier team.
