OUR OPERATION

SIPA Immobilier buys investment properties and takes care of all the administrative and legal procedures and mortgage relations related to their acquisition. The management of the buildings is entrusted to a specialized partner.

Benefit from rental income without any constraints.

For each operation, we create a dedicated limited company. A limited number of investors acquire a part of this company for a minimum amount of CHF 49'000.

Our clients become shareholders of the company and therefore indirectly co-owners of the building.

Once a year, we hold a general meeting at the end of which we pay a dividend to our clients in proportion to their investment.

Benefit from stable returns on a regular basis.

The duration of the investment is approximately 5 years. However, our clients have the possibility to sell all or part of their shares at any time.

Our customers are free of any commitment.
